This is our most popular down indicator for football officials. Simply place the band that extends from the wrist over 1 of 4 fingers to indicate the correct down. 

You can use a 2nd one on your other wrist as a hash mark location indicator or as a wrist whistle lanyard (typically for soccer officials).
